While our manufacturing facilities are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and certified for FDA-required current Good Manufacturing Practices, it's important to note that these products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety and efficacy. We do not make any claims that our products will cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any health conditions or diseases, nor do we claim any specific benefits from using our products. If you choose to purchase our products, you are doing so based on your own judgment regarding any potential benefits they may provide.

Within the United States, we offer the following shipping services:

UPS Ground shipping, with delivery in 7-10 business days*.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. 

We're not Amazon. Our standard shipping timeframe involves orders typically leaving our warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon, via UPS Ground within 3 business days. Transit times vary based on your distance from our facility. Should UPS encounter issues delivering your order due to your absence or errors leading to the item being sent to a pickup point, it falls outside our responsibility. While we strive to provide excellent service, any delivery-related shipping issues are managed by UPS.

If you've received less than your complete order, please note that there's a limit to how much Aprch can fit in a single box. If your order exceeds a 12-pack of product, it will likely arrive in multiple boxes. Keep a lookout, as the rest of your order should arrive within 24-48 hours of the initial delivery. Please be aware that we are currently unable to process orders shipping to Puerto Rico or outside of the USA (including APO/FPO addresses). Additionally, due to shipping cost increases, we no longer offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Damage Policy

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Rest assured that all our products undergo rigorous quality testing, and each shipment is thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We take great care to ensure that all products leave in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to carefully check the products for any shipping-related damage. If you find any cans leaking, we will promptly ship you a replacement product at no cost. However, please note that dented cans will not be eligible for replacement. To proceed with the replacement, please email us at with a photo of the damage, clearly showing the leaking cans.

How can I request a refund?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or leaking, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase, but only if the product is defective or leaking. Beyond the 30-day period, we regret that we cannot accept returns. To request a refund or replacement, please email us at with a photo of the damage. Once we receive the photo and verify the issue, we will either replace the product or issue you a refund. Please note that we require photos of the damage to process any refunds.

What if I don't like the flavors?

While we want you to be happy with your order, we do not offer refunds for flavor preferences.

Return Policy

Please be advised that we do not offer returns. However, if you have received a defective or leaking product from Aprch and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to with your information.
  2. In the email subject, include your order number (e.g., Order 0005).
  3. Make sure to attach photographs of the defective or leaking products. These images will help us accurately assess the issue.
  4. Additionally, kindly provide an explanation for the damaged product. We want to highlight that all cans leave our facility in impeccable condition. If any cans are dented during shipping, we cannot assume responsibility as it is likely due to mishandling by the shipping carrier. In the unfortunate event that the cans arrive leaking, we will promptly send you a replacement order.
  5. Once we receive your email, we will review the information and contact you to verify your details and confirm the exchange process.
