Shipping Policy

By purchasing products on this website, you agree and understand the products purchased contain hemp-derived cannabinoids. While our manufacturing facilities are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and certified for FDA-required current Good Manufacturing Practices, these products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety and / or efficacy. We make no claims that our products will cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any health conditions or diseases, or claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, your decision is based on your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

We offer the following shipping services within the United States:
  • Free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $50
  • UPS Ground shipping, delivery in 7 business days*

When you place an order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email summarizing your order. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your order. 

Orders ship within 2 business days after your order is placed via UPS ground.  Shipments are from Tualatin, Oregon and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility.

At this time we are not able to process orders shipping to Puerto Rico, or outside of the USA (including APO/FPO addresses). Due to shipping increases we no longer offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We are currently only available in the following states:  AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MN, MT, NC, SC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns if your products have been opened, but please refer to our refund policy below.

If you received a product from Aprch that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

1) Email your return to:

3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can see what the issue is
4) Please describe the reason for your return

Once we receive your email return, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange.

Damages Policy

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. E-mail us at with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge. *No items will be refunded without photos of damage provided.

What do I do if I want a refund?

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return. E-mail us at with a photo of the damage, and we will replace the product or issue you a refund. *No items will be refunded without photos of damage provided. 

Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the products that you ordered, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Email and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
