We offer the following shipping services within the United States:
When you place an order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email summarizing your order. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your order.
Orders ship within 2 business days after your order is placed via regular ground with your shipping method of choice. Shipments are from Oregon and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility.

At this time we are not able to process orders shipping to Puerto Rico, or outside of the USA (including APO/FPO addresses).
We do not accept returns if your products have been opened, but please refer to our refund policy below.
If you received a product from Aprch that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
1) Email your return to: email@example.com
2) Email subject should reflect your order number (i.e Order 0005)
3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can see what the issue is
4) Please describe the reason for your return
Once we receive your email return, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the products that you ordered, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
